DATA PROTECTION
Where a Data Subject is located in the European Economic Area, Wraps of Monroe Virginia,
United States based servers will process that Data Subject’s Personal Data.
When Wraps of Monroe Processes Personal Data in the course of providing the Services, Wraps of Monroe will:
Process the Personal Data as a Data Processor, only for the purpose of providing the Services in accordance with documented instructions from you (provided that such instructions are commensurate with the functionalities of the Services), and as may subsequently be agreed to by you. If Wraps of Monroe is required by law to Process the Personal Data for any other purpose, Wraps of Monroe will provide you with prior notice of this requirement, unless Wraps of Monroe is prohibited by law from providing such notice;
notify you if, in Wraps of Monroe' opinion, your instruction for the processing of Personal Data infringes applicable Data Protection Legislation;

In the course of providing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Wraps of Monroe may use Subprocessors to Process the Personal Data. Wraps of Monroe' use of any specific Sub processor to process the Personal Data must be in compliance with Data Protection Legislation and must be governed by a contract between Wraps of Monroe and Sub processor.
GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING
When we collect from you any personal information within the scope of European data protection laws, we do so (a.) with your consent; (b.) where necessary to provide the Service, fulfil a transaction or otherwise perform a contract with you or at your request prior to entering into a contract; (c.) where necessary for our compliance with a legal obligation; (d.) where necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest; and/or (e.) as necessary to fulfil our legitimate interests as described
