How Should I contact you for customer support?
Please visit our inquiry page to send an email and contact with us. Make sure to include your order number and a brief summary of what your inquiry is in the subject line so that we may expedite our response.
I just sent an email. When can I expect a response?Our team is working as quickly as possible to answer any inquiries Monday-Friday. You can expect to receive a response within 48 hours.
What is the status of my order?Please allow 48 hours for the status of your to be updated. Once your order has been processed we will email you with confirmation of your order and you will receive an additional email once it has been shipped with a tracking number.
I received a tracking number but my status has not been updated:Once the order has been shipped, USPS must update your order status with the tracking number we provide to you. We suggest contacting USPS if your order status has not been updated.
I would like to cancel my order:You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase but once it has been processed, all sales are final.
I need to change my shipping address:You can go to our inquiry page and in the subject line specify change order address within 24 hours of purchase in order to change the shipping address.
My item doesn't fit/ I don't like it and I would like to return it:All sales are final unless you cancel your order 24 hours within purchase. Once your order has been processed, we cannot accept cancellations/returns.

When will my package be delivered?Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 5-7 days for shipping.
